My Approach
Research-driven design with a technical foundation.
My design process starts with understanding people: their goals, frustrations, behaviors, and decision-making patterns. I use research methods like usability studies, journey mapping, persona creation, affinity diagramming, storyboarding, and prototype testing to uncover what users actually need.
Because I also come from a software development background, I think beyond visuals. I consider structure, interaction logic, technical feasibility, performance, and how a product will scale from concept to launch.
